What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and ShopPay. We are unable to accept cheques or money orders.

I have a question about my order. Who can I talk to?

We are here to help with any questions about your order or your products. Please submit a form via Contact Us. Or, send us an email at hello@jellyskin.ca.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and we are here to help. Please send an email to hello@jellyskin.ca with the word "Cancel" in the title. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed but we'll do our best!

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. Our team can attempt to cancel it but please know we cannot guarantee order cancellations. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to reship it or provide a refund. However, we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

Where do you ship in Canada?

Where do you ship your products?

We ship everywhere in Canada. Please note, we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Domestic Free Shipping (5-8 business days) on all orders over CAN$70 All other orders are a flat rate of CAN$15.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers! Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated up until delivery.

Are you vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Are you paraben and sulfate free?

All Jelly Skin products are paraben-free. Our Jelly Wash Cleanser uses Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, a gentle sulfate cleanser that effectively removes dirt, oil, and makeup without over-stripping your skin. Unlike harsher sulfates that can leave skin tight and dry, this mild formula cleanses while maintaining your skin's natural balance. Juice Beam Serum and Blueberry Whip Moisturizer are both sulfate-free.

Do your products contain fragrance or flavor?

Yes, all Jelly Skin products contain a light blueberry fragrance. It's fresh and subtle—not overpowering—just enough to make your two-minute routine enjoyable. The scent fades quickly after application.
If you have fragrance sensitivities, we recommend patch testing on a small area before full use.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Calgary – Alberta, and sold to all 13 provices and territories.
